Once your payment is received, we begin producing and preparing your order for shipment. All your wallpapers and wall murals will be ready to ship in 5 business days. Please allow extra time for delivery, as shipping times may vary by location. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Once your order is confirmed, it moves straight into production, so changes are limited. If you need an adjustment, please contact us in writing and we’ll do our best to help.

  • • Carriers may charge fees for address changes; these are the customer’s responsibility.
  • • We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • • For your security, a signature is required on delivery for all orders except samples.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with estimated delivery dates so you can plan with confidence.

To ensure the best results for your project, we do have a small order minimum. This helps us maintain the highest quality and consistency in every print.

Our wallpapers and wall murals are designed to make installation easier by arriving in pre-cut panels that match standard wall heights. That means less trimming for you—and no need to cut down rolls to fit your wall. The number of panels you’ll need depends on the width of your wall, and our wallpaper calculator will have already done that math before you placed your order.

Here’s a quick breakdown of our panel sizing:

  • Wallpapers: Available in 8 ft or 10 ft panels, 40 in wide (42 in untrimmed)
  • Wall Murals: Available in 10 ft panels, 40 in wide (42 in untrimmed)

Each panel comes with a 2 in overlap on the right side for a seamless finish, giving you a final installed width of 40 in. Wall murals will include sequential “A”, “B”, and “C” panels that must be installed in sequence to ensure the design aligns perfectly.
