RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: 02/27/2026

Because all wallpaper and mural products are custom printed to order, we maintain a limited return policy.


1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom printed wallpaper or murals

  • Opened or used products

  • Orders with customer-provided measurement errors

  • Color differences due to screen display variations

All sales are considered final unless the product is defective.


2. Eligible Returns (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • There is a verified production defect

You must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of product and packaging

  • Description of issue


3. Return Authorization

If approved:

  • We will provide written instructions.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Replacement vs Refund

At our discretion, we may:

  • Reprint affected panels

  • Issue store credit

  • Issue a partial or full refund


5. Inspection Before Installation

Customers must inspect all panels before installation.

We are not responsible for installation costs or damages once the product has been installed.
