REFUND POLICY

At The Canvas Company, every wallpaper and wall mural is custom printed to order. Because our products are made specifically for you, we maintain a limited refund policy.

Please review the details below carefully before placing your order.


1. Custom-Made Products

All wallpaper and mural orders are printed on demand based on your selected design, dimensions, and specifications.

For this reason:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • We do not offer refunds due to color variation caused by screen displays.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will resolve the issue promptly.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

  • You must email hello@canvascompanyusa.com

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Photos of packaging

    • Description of the issue

If approved, we may:

  • Reprint and replace the affected panels at no cost, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund, at our discretion.


3. Order Errors

If we determine that the defect was caused by a production error on our part, we will correct the issue at no additional charge.

If the error was caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, refunds or reprints are not guaranteed.


4. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.


5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.


We encourage customers to carefully review measurements and design selections before confirming their purchase.
