All of our products are custom printed to order. Please review the shipping details below.


1. Production Time

  • Standard production time: 5–10 business days

  • Large or complex orders may require additional time

You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.


2. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • USPS

Carrier selection depends on destination and package size.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • U.S. Domestic: 4–7 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

The customer is responsible for monitoring shipment status.


5. Signature Requirement

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned due to incorrect information

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

These fees are not included in product or shipping pricing.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
